New Beginnings with Old Friends

It’s fitting that I write this on New Year’s Eve. Although I’ve been with advertising and marketing companies large and small since the mid-90s, I’m excited to embark on a new journey. Gathering all I’ve experienced over the years–the training, the triumphs, the failures, and the lessons learned–I have teamed up with some trusted friends to start the next chapter in the Harlan story. I am proud and yet humbled to announce that we have begun several new client relationships (more info to follow). What a great way to start 2011!

Based in the bustling creative hub of Austin, Texas, I am launching a new website and a full menu of creative web and graphic design services. I’m optimistic that my mission of no-nonsense marketing communications will resonate with business owners and decision makers. Results is what I’m after, not just pretty design (although we love good design and typography). I’ve found that developing relationships and partnerships with my clients and being a trusted advisor for them benefits everyone involved.
